THE POINTE OWNERS RENTAL ALLIANCE

Informed Owners. Responsible Rentals. Protecting The Pointe.

The Pointe is entering an important period of change.

Questions surrounding our current rental rules, proposed changes to our governing documents and an upcoming owner vote have created a need for clear information and open discussion.

PORA — The Pointe Owners Rental Alliance — was created by owners to help owners understand what is changing, why new rental opportunities have emerged, and what those changes could mean for our community.

Our goal is not simply to encourage rentals, but to help create responsible rental standards that work for owners, renters and our community as a whole.

We believe The Pointe can provide owners greater flexibility while still protecting the peaceful atmosphere, strong community and unique culture that make The Pointe special.
