About PORA

What is PORA?

The Pointe Owners Rental Alliance is an independent group of Pointe owners working together to understand and navigate the changing rental environment at The Pointe.
PORA has three primary goals:

INFORM

Help owners understand our current governing documents, proposed changes and the upcoming vote.

EDUCATE

Provide straightforward information about renting at The Pointe and what responsible renting looks like.

PROTECT

Work toward rental standards that provide flexibility for owners while respecting our neighbors and protecting the character of The Pointe.

PORA is not the Board, the Association or a rental management company.
It is simply owners helping owners understand an issue that could affect every property owner at The Pointe — whether they intend to rent or not.
